Maintenance Electrician

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000

Overtime paid at 1.5x weekdays and 2x Sundays.

Monday to Friday – 8am-4:30pm

25 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

Great opportunity to work with the biggest FM provider on a well know site in Glasgow as a Maintenance Electrician. This is a client we have always had great success with and great feedback from candidates.

This is a client which prides itself of development and upskilling.
 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of both planned and reactive maintenance tasks daily. 

Job specific responsibilities:

  • Perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works.
  • Working safely and professionally in a client facing environment.
  • PPMs on core hours (Reactive during overtime)
  • Must be IT Literate
  • Carry out electrical and mechanical and system checks when required.
  • General Building services work when required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum SVQ/City and Guilds level 3 qualification in relevant electrical maintenance
  • 18th edition (desirable)
  • Previous maintenance experience in a commercial environment
  • Be flexible towards work & carry out duties that may not be specific to your trade.
  • Very well presented.
  • Physically fit
  • Clean driving license
