About the Role:

Are you ready to guide our People & Culture team and Operational Management community? As our People & Culture Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company's culture and driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives. From employee relations to performance management, your expertise will guide our management team's to success.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations, managing HR systems, and delivering detailed reports.
  • Providing proactive advice and guidance on all HR matters to senior leadership and management.
  • Supervising payroll processing and providing support to staff on wage-related inquiries.
  • Handling employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a HR professional with excellent knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Business acumen, data analysis skills, and a commitment to ethical standards.
  • CIPD qualification with evidence of continuous professional development.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Previous experience managing TUPE situations and counseling senior management.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Character Traits:

  • Strong sense of team spirit, reliability, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to prioritize demands, work under pressure, and respond effectively in a time sensitive manner.
