Plumber required to join a leading Facilities Management company working on a mobile basis covering the Northeast and Yorkshire areas. The Plumber will be carrying out exceptional planned and reactive maintenance services to various commercial clients, working on retail, office, and residential premises.

The Plumber will receive:

• Competitive salary up to £34,000 per annum
• Unlimited optional overtime available with the opportunity to earn up to £45,000 per annum.

Responsibilities of the Plumber:

• Tackling planned and reactive maintenance on toilets, taps, and radiators.
• Providing expert support and maintenance of hot water systems, water heaters and pipework.
• Delivering high quality customer service to long standing, valued clients.
• Strictly adhering to health and safety regulations and policies.

The Plumber must have:

• Hold a recognised qualification (NVQ Level 2 or 3) in Plumbing/Heating.
• G3 Unvented certification is a must.
• Be able to demonstrate valuable experience from past commercial maintenance work.
• A valid UK driving license.
