Our client is a well-established building services organisation who has a very successful Electrical/ CCTV division.

They have a proven track record of delivering successful electrical and security solutions to our commercial and domestic clients, offering highly qualified engineers and technicians to provide expertise and experience across the full range of disciplines including local authorities, social landlords, NHS trusts and private sector.

They are now in need of an experienced Access Control Engineer to cover London and surrounding regions.

The successful Engineer will be responsible for carrying out service and installation across a range of Door Entry, Warden Call, Automatic Door/ Gate and CCTV systems (including IP/ Networked) and Intruder Alarms.

You will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of Access Control/ CCTV work, including tests and inspections/ compliance checks are carried out in accordance with the current British Standards.

The successful candidate will have at least 5-years’ experience working on social housing/ local authority maintenance contracts.

• Preferably have experience working with one or more of the following manufactures: ISM, GDX, ENTOTEC, SML, PAC, KMS, RECRD, GEZE
• Carrying out PPM’s across a range of systems within agreed timescales
• Quality work of repairs and maintenance across a range of equipment
• Maintain high levels of Health and Safety
• Full UK drivers license
