A Principal Structural Engineer is required by our design-led client based in central Glasgow on a permanent basis.
As a Principal Structural Engineer, you will join a small team of technical Engineers that are currently working on several large-scale projects throughout the UK.

The firm prides themselves on being one of the market leading net-zero engineering consultancies in Scotland, emphasising their commitment to sustainable engineering solutions that are designed with the future in mind.


The project pipeline of this consultancy is unique and stands out as they are considered experts of conservation of distilleries , commercial units, industrial structures, housing estates, boutique hotels and leisure facilities.

This multi-disciplinary firm has been creating innovative and sustainable designs in the UK and globally for nearly 50 years, further emphasising their ability to punch above their weight and compete with the bigger firms.

As a Principal Structural Engineer, you will have several years' experience working within a UK based design firm and have a strong background of successfully completing projects in client with the client brief, on time and to budget.
Ideally you will be chartered or nearing achieving this.
You will also have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with both our colleagues and clients.

  • £50,000 - £58,000 Per annum
  • 35-hour work week with hybrid working
