Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an Approved Electrician to join our client's inclusive and friendly team. This full-time Approved Electrician role is based in Telford primarily, with possible other Midland locations and offers an attractive salary and benefits package. 

As an Approved Electrician, you will install various low-voltage wiring and containment systems. You will also test and inspect electrical installations in buildings and carry out the installation of a wide variety of industrial electrical installations per company policies and procedures ensuring compliance with relevant manufacturer guidelines, statutory acts, and regulations.

In your first few weeks in this Approved Electrician role, you can expect to:

• Carry out the installation of a wide variety of industrial electrical installations following all company policies and procedures ensuring compliance with relevant manufacturer guidelines, statutory acts, regulations
• Issue of Installation and condition reports
• Test and Energise systems up to 400V, including new and modified electrical installations

• Experience in a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Experience in electrical installations and testing within a process plant environment
• Knowledge of condition reporting
• Proven electrical test and inspection capability
