Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Romford - £42,000
Location: Romford, Essex
Salary: £42,000
Hours – Days Monday to Friday 8AM – 5PM

PRS are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Romford, Essex. The successful candidate will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Electrical building maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive salary of £42,000.

Duties:

  • Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
  • Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
  • Ensure that sub-contractors perform to meet the requirement of the contract.
  • Administer sub-contractor work approvals and safe operation while repair or service is carried out on site.
  • Completing logbooks and RAMS
  • Attending client meetings
  • Emergency lighting testing
  • All Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, lighting systems and Heat exchangers
 
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds Qualified Electrical Level 3.
  • Good building services knowledge
  • Excellent Client Facing
 
Package:
  • 40 hours per week Monday to Friday / On Call week Mon – Sun (rest day Thurs and Friday)
  • On Call rota which can range from 1 in 4 to 1 in 6 dependant on absences
  • On Call retainer £1190 (annual)
  • Authorised Person Duties £500 per duty max two
