Job Role: Field Service Engineer

Location: Leeds

Salary Range: £40,000 - £42,000 (Base), £54,000 - £57,000 (including OTE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on technical support with first-class mechanical knowledge.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through top-tier customer service and first-time fix interventions.
• Maintain Service Department profitability and actively promote client services and products.
• Facilitate effective communication channels with customers and internal teams.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration within the Service Department.
• Demonstrate personal effectiveness in delivering high-quality service and solutions.
• Uphold health and safety standards in all service-related activities.
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs efficiently and effectively.
• Exhibit technical competence in handling company equipment.
• Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to dynamic work environments.
• Handle administrative tasks related to service operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Full UK driver's license.
• Strong analysis skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
