I am currently working with a well-established multi services contractor. This company has an excellent reputation and is reputed for the high standards of work they deliver. Having won and retained a number of new accounts, our client is now looking for an Electrical Contracts Manager to join and strengthen their services team.

Managing multi discipline projects in commercial, education, or council-based work streams.  Working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders, your main responsibilities will be:

• Managing electrical projects in multi discipline building services schemes for asset renewal, refurbishment, and new build in Education, Council Buildings, and commercial environments.
• Managing multi discipline electrical projects teams on both a direct and subcontract basis
• Working cross functionally with other managers on resource and capacity
• Establish and sustain high standards of work
• Lead and develop the team

Experienced in the Electrical services industry you will have gained exposure to a retail, education, commercial or council client base. Ideally you will have managed multidiscipline teams on both a direct or subcontract basis. Experienced in managing multiple projects/work-streams, allocating and scheduling work and ensuring deadlines are hit is key. You will be C&G or NVQ Level 3 in electrical services qualified and will have gained experience at management/leadership level. Most importantly you will be driven, ambitious and looking to progress your career as there is excellent opportunities for growth with this role.
