We are currently working with a well-established multi services electrical and mechanical contractor. This company has an excellent reputation and is reputed for the high standards of work they deliver. Having grown consistently, our client is now looking for Mechanical Services Manager to lead and strengthen their mechanical department.

Managing multi discipline projects in retail, education, commercial or council-based work streams.  Working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders, your main responsibilities will be:

• Managing multi discipline mechanical projects teams on both a direct and subcontract basis
• Managing multiple projects/contracts at any one time
• Working cross functionally with the electrical, pre-construction and fabric manager
• Deliver a strategy for a mechanical department and drive the business growth
• Establish and sustain high standards of work
• Improve the accountability of the performance of your work streams and projects
• Manage, guide and direct subcontract and direct workforce

Experienced in the Mechanical services (plumbing or HVAC) industry you will have gained exposure to a retail, commercial, education, fit out or council client base. Ideally you will have managed multidiscipline teams on both a direct and subcontract basis. Experienced in managing multiple projects/work-streams and ensuring quality measures and deadlines are hit is key. Most importantly you will be driven, ambitious and looking to progress your career as there is excellent opportunities for growth with this role.
