The Role

A global manufacturer of energy efficient central plant heating and cooling solutions for the built environment seeks a Sales and Marketing Executive to assist the Sales and Marketing Manager in product strategy for the company and their specialist divisional team. The role gives you the opportunity to utilise the direct global research and development investment of a £100M company and your responsibility will be to help ensure that they continue to lead the market with their product offering and retain their competitive advantage. You will work on product life cycle, road map and strategy for their advanced hydronic chilled water cooling and heating solutions and any potential new product developments for decarbonising buildings. Furthermore, you will work with numerous cross department stakeholders and external clients.

Experience Required

Due to the nature of the role you must have some sales and marketing experience ideally within the HVAC industry or environment & sustainability, manufacturing, building services, buit environment, mechanical engineering or construction. You will also ideally have sales and marketing qualifications, preferably higher education or degree level. Excellent communication skills are required due to internal and external stakeholder engagement.

The Package

Initial indications by the client are a salary range of between £35,000 and £40,000 including a bonus, up to 27 days holiday (+ bank holidays) health care, dental insurance, pension scheme, gym and sports / social club scheme. There is no car or car allowance for this role as it is hybrid, both office and home based, starting at 3 days office then once fully trained and up to speed 2 days from the office.
