Monday to Thursday 8-4:30, Friday 8-3:30

Electrical Design Engineer required for a South Wiltshire based company who are true specialists in their field working with some of the worlds leading ventilation and heating manufacturers.

The role will be suited to an Electrical Design Engineer with a background in the Building Services industry with experience designing bespoke electrical control panels. Although any other transferable experience will be considered.

The Electrical Design Engineer will be reporting directly to the operations manager while also liaising with the Sales and production teams. They will be responsible for the design and build of bespoke electrical control panels in accordance with the customer specifications and requirements.
 
The Role:
·Design bespoke ventilation control systems to customer specifications and requirements.
·Generate wiring schematic designs using CAD software.
·Liaise with the production team during the build process.
·Create BOM's and production routings.
·Provide technical support for existing products.
·After sales support, ensuring the customer has an accurate understanding of the build.
·Pre-delivery inspection and quality assurance testing
·New product development and implementation.
 
The Person:
·Experience designing and creating electrical wiring schematics and assembly drawings using electrical CAD software.
·Experience designing bespoke control systems.
·Understanding of mechanical drawings.
·Experience producing BOM's.
·Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
