Mechanical Site Supervisor (Fabricated Products)

Our client is looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join the Delivery Team, focusing on assembling and installing fabricated products on water treatment plants. We're looking for a flexible, enthusiastic individual with water industry experience.

Location: Site-based role covering the midlands and southern areas with regional and nationwide travel.

Regular overnight stays and occasional visits HQ in Ireland may be required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and assist with on-site mechanical installation works.
• Ensure all activities comply with health & safety standards.
• Ensure systems are installed, tested, and commissioned to relevant standards.
• Assist fitters and other operatives with site activities.
• Communicate method statements, risk assessments, and procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping and implement emergency plans when required.
• Comply with risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Engineering/science qualification (HND/HNC/C&G or equivalent).
• Minimum two years' experience in a similar role in utilities or M&E engineering.
• Experience in planning, supervising, and carrying out steelwork assembly and welding.
• Training/qualifications in coded welding or steel fixing preferred.
• Electrical awareness and training advantageous.

• Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 negotiable based on experience.
