About the Role:

As the Chief HV Electrical Engineer, you'll be at the heart of my clients NetZero business, leading their HV electrical engineering team with your wealth of experience and technical expertise. Your main responsibilities will include providing technical guidance, overseeing project delivery, and nurturing client relationships.

What You'll Do:

- Ensure technical governance and maintain quality assurance

- Develop and plan team capabilities

- Review and approve bid proposals

- Lead the technical delivery of projects

- Manage client relationships with finesse

- Occasional travel to client sites or other offices may be required

What You'll Bring:

- A keen eye for detail, supporting quality assurance processes

- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Proven ability to thrive in collaborative project teams

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

- Chartered Engineer status through the IET or in progress

- Demonstrated capability in guiding and developing others
