Sewing/ Knitting Machine Operator
Location: Matlock
Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 (dependent on experience)

As a Sewing/ Knitting Machine Operator, you will receive extensive on-the-job training to help you develop your skills and knowledge. We offer a structured training program, which includes both theoretical and practical training. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be qualified as a Knitting Machine Operator

The Role:

• Operating and maintaining knitting machines.
• Ensuring that the machines are set up correctly and running efficiently.
• Monitoring the quality of the fabric produced.
• Working with the team to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• A strong interest in the textile industry and knitting machinery.
• A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
