Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Based at Sedgefield.
5+ years’ experience in food or FMCG
Multi-skilled (60% mechanical / 40% electrical) – must have some electrical skills.
Carrying out day-to-day activities including PPMs, reactive maintenance, and minor repairs
Responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance
Implement, document, and report on routine maintenance schedules
Routine testing e.g., weekly fire alarm, etc.
Contractor management
Support site improvement plan
Person:
Excellent communication skills
Can work on own initiative
Comfortable making decisions
Can do attitude, and strong work ethic
Excellent knowledge of current health & safety practices
Dayshift role-based Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00. Will require some flexibility
Must have own car and be willing to travel to site in Preston (1 to 3 times per month). All expenses paid.
