Site Manager required for up and coming contractor for projects across Scotland.
Candidates must be located in the central belt and willing to travel, head office based in East Kilbride.
Hard and Soft landscaping for student accommodation and commercial build projects, so candidate must come from a civils background with civils experience. SMSTS or Black CSCS card also a necessity.
Client would accept freelance, permanent or freelance with a view of going permanent. Longterm work provided, so they are pretty flexible. You would be asked to cover a couple of sites, as project values range between £300K-£1M.
The client would consider an Assistant Site Manager or Site/Senior Engineer looking to take the next step up the ladder.
Rate and salaries negotiable.
