Maintenance Team Leader
Halesowen
3-shift Mon-Fri – 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm/10pm-6am
£50,000 + £5,000 bonus + overtime – overall earnings £60,000 + 


I am recruiting for a globally recognised manufacturing business who supply mainly into the buildings and construction industry. Due to a recent re-structure and the hire of a brand new engineering manager they are now looking an additional electrically biased maintenance team leader. This is a hands on role and additional responsibilities include frequent communication with Maintenance Manager, end of shift reporting and first point of call for any issues. Some of the machines you will be working on include mixers, banding machines, wrapping machines, conveyors, panels and much more.

**Please Note** you don't have to be in a team leader currently, they would look at a maintenance engineer who is looking to step up into a maintenance team leader
.

Experience required for the Maintenance Team Leader:
 

  • 5 years + experience working as an electrical maintenance engineer
  • MUST have good knowledge with fault finding on Omron OR Siemens S7
  • Willingness to step up and take on extra responsibility 
  • would suit a maintenance engineer looking for their next step up 
  • If electrical – qualified to level 3 would be beneficial
  • Happy to work in a heavier environment, can be dusty so may not be suitable for engineers with asthma skin allergies
