JOB INFORMATION -HVAC Contracts Manager

• Due to expansion our client is looking for a HVAC Contracts Manager to oversee 2 blue chip accounts. Contracts have already been secured due to existing client relationships within the business
• Management of contracts ensuring service levels are met, scheduling service and reactive maintenance for sub-contract and in house labour.
• Develop and nuture relationships with clients, supporting with more complex technical issues as and when they arise.
• Employee Trust Business - meaning a % of your salary is paid tax free

• Reputable and well-established manufacturing company specialising in ventilation systems and air conditioning/HVAC within the hospitality/catering sector.
• Close working relationships with high profile blue chip/household name clients meaning long term contracts and job security.
• Our client is in the process of developing an in-house maintenance team (currently using sub-contractors) to service the equipment installed by the business, this encompasses all aspects of service and reactive maintenance on a wide range of appliances including air conditioning such as AHU's, VRV's VRF's, splits etc

CANDIDATE INFORMATION -HVAC Contracts Manager

• Good customer services skills well-presented and articulate with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Recognised air conditioning qualifications including F-Gas, City & Guilds NVQ
• As a HVAC Contracts Manager you will have experience of managing air conditioning and ventilation service and maintenance contracts previously, possess good commercial awareness and the abiolity to support with technical issues.
