Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Design Manager to lead our Electrical Design Department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design and development of automation solutions, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled electrical designers and engineers.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the department.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Electrical Design Oversight:
  • Take ownership of the entire electrical design process, from concept to completion.
  • Develop and implement design standards and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with overall project requirements.

• Project Management:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives.

• Technical Expertise:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in electrical design and automation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team, resolving complex design challenges.

• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure all electrical designs adhere to relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Oversee documentation and certification processes to guarantee compliance with applicable norms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical design, with a focus on automation solutions.
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations governing electrical design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
