The company is going through large growth and is searching for additional Maintenance Engineers to come and grow and support the business's Engineering team

The business is interviewing both Electrical & Mechanical Engineers and will consider people from all industry backgrounds as well as those just starting in their engineering careers.

Responsibilities: Maintenance Engineer

• Plant Maintenance: Ensure the plant's engineering capability aligns with business needs and address potential breakdowns promptly.
• Maintenance & Upgrades: Manage the planned maintenance system, keep an adequate supply of essential spares, and be involved in equipment upgrades and installations.
• Communication & Teamwork: Ensure smooth crew handovers, communicate clearly with all relevant departments, and promote team collaboration.
• Safety & Services: Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and company regulations, and assist with the upkeep of site services.

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate solid technical competency and knowledge.
