Job Role

Streamline Recruitment are currently dealing with recurring client of ours who are looking for an ambitious Electrical Construction Manager to join their Data Centre team in North Acton.

Duties 

  • Reporting into a Project Manager 
  • Attendance of meetings on-site and in the office
  • Oversee Electrical Site Supervisors 
  • Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time
  • Dealing with sub - contractors
  • Reporting into clients, keeping the client up to date with progress reports
  • Demonstrate experience in design review and working with the site team to clarify any queries prior to installation
  • Overseeing 50 operatives on site
  • Moving plant containment & cabling
  • Data Centre Expeirence 

Requirements

  • SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed
  • Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred 
  • Has experience within commercial projects
  • Previous experience as a mechanical project lead
  • Stable CV
  • Understanding of the residential aspect of construction
