Job Title: Technical Service Manager

Location: Waterloo

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000

We are seeking a Technical Service Manager to join a recognised Engineering Service provider to work at a flagship commercial site in Waterloo. As Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of technical services to the highest standard. You will be a key member of a successful team working closely with the customer to ensure the clients receive the highest level of service.

Your key responsibilities for this role will need you to display a variety of different skills, these include:

•    Manage technical service delivery to clients, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of services
•    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
•    Manage technical resources, including staff and contractors, to ensure that they are effectively utilized
•    Identify and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery quality and efficiency
•    Monitor and report on service delivery metrics, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action as necessary
•    Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams
•    Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations

To be fully applicable for this role, please have these qualifications ready, on hand:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer (Equivalent) Or Degree qualified. 
• AP Status – Electrical or Mechanical
• 5 years of Experience in a technical / management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical services to clients
