Civil Engineer

Location - London

Salary - £33k - £42k (Depending on experience)

Emtech is collaborating with a Civil Engineering Consultancy seeking a Civil Engineer with a background in Infrastructure Design for developments to join their team in London. The company boasts 4 offices and 80 staff members. In the London office, you will become part of a small yet expanding team, offering you the chance to shoulder responsibilities and advance in your career, working on a variety of projects spanning Residential, Retail, Commercial, and Education sectors in the UK and abroad.

Required Experience: * 1-5 years of experience in highway and drainage design for development projects such as residential complexes, commercial spaces, retail outlets, town redevelopments, mixed-use schemes, etc. * Proficiency in designing road layouts, junctions, and car parks. * Familiarity with negotiation processes related to S278, S38, S104, S106 is advantageous. * Strong understanding of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SUDS), prior experience in conducting flood risk assessments would be advantageous. * Technical proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microdrainage.

This company is engaged in significant projects and is seeking an Engineer to contribute to the delivery of ongoing schemes. You will report to a Principal Engineer and be entrusted with managing your own smaller projects under supervision.

This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work from home and the office.
