We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Permanent Agent to join a bulk earthworks team at Sizewell C. Our client is looking for an aspiring business developer, someone who is both a creative problem solver and an action-taker.

This role is ideal for someone who has proven success at Agent level with particular experience in bulk earthworks.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Carry out feasibility studies for earthwork packages; from economic/financial considerations to preliminary design.
• Deliver the full lifecycle of  projects; from initial conception to final commissioning and handover
• Establish client requirements and recommend, design, cost and develop solutions accordingly
• Undertake necessary negotiations with clients, local authorities and other stakeholders
• Deliver technical and commercial tenders
• Monitor progress and budgets of individual projects
• Ensure efficient management of resources allocated to Project

Essential requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Agent with particular experience skills in bulk earthworks
• Previous experience of working in a business development role
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work autonomously and an adept problem solver
• Strong ability to analyse and interpret customer needs and formulate suitable solutions
• Ability to develop, nurture and grow relationships with clients
