Outstanding 12 month maternity opportunity for a Technical Customer Service professional to get their foot in the door with a global, market leading and incredibly renowned manufacturer. Our client is huge about the development and continuous improvement of their service, products and people which you will benefit from during your contract. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for the delivery of an exceptional client experience and sales support.

Our client is looking for a Technical Customer Service representative looking for responsibility and opportunity as part of a multi-national and cross functional team. Your Role as Technical Customer Service will include:
* Multi team collaboration to ensure successful orders
* Key client and account management
* You will be supported by technical and engineering teams
* Manufacturing exposure

The successful Technical Customer Service professional will have:
* Technical or engineering knowledge is desirable but not essential
* SAP experience is desirable
* Manufacturing background or experience
