Source Solutions are proud to be working with a highly successful and continually growing global manufacturer within the electronics space, who operate cutting edge technology within a fascinating environment and a culture of continuous improvement, in identifying a Product Test Technician for their Portsmouth site.

With training and development provided in any areas required, the Electronics Test Technician will ensure manufactured products perform to their proposed functions – utilising component specifications, industry standards and various investigation techniques.

This role will suit a candidate with experience of manufacturing environments and an understanding of testing procedures and methods (ideally with electronics), who can work independently and manage their own time and workload.

The Electronics Test Technician will need to be confident in the use of Excel for creation of spreadsheets and management of data, relating to product testing, and will also need great attention to detail with.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience within a Testing or hands on electronics manufacturing position
  • Relevant qualification within electronics or engineering
  • Strong experience in the use of Excel – creation of spreadsheets and inputting / organising data
  • Willingness to learn about test engineering and its various processes, procedures and parameters
