Could you be interested to assist with the running and development of a thriving, 15 strong, well established and financially robust structural engineering consultancy based in SW15?

This is a real opportunity for a commercially minded structural designer to become involved in a firm with a good profit and turnover. There is a real prospect to become a future shareholder or owner. The role could suit someone who has recently started their own small practice or is thinking of doing so or has reached a glass ceiling where they are.

The majority of projects are in the high end bespoke residential buildings sector, often architecturally challenging one off schemes including aspects such as basements, swimming pools and internal slides! There are also some international schemes, hotels, care homes and commercial buildings. Typical project values range from £1/2m up to £20m.

Staff turnover is low, they are a financially stable and collaborative team, where contributions are really recognised and rewarded. Lots of time is spent on site and the work is fast paced and varied.
They are a forward thinking practice who regularly employ a business analyst, consider margins and profit carefully - but not at the expense of the design!
