Our client, a Multi-disciplinary consultancy, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Principal Infrastructure or Associate Engineer to join their team.
You will join a highly creative skilled team of individuals with a range of skills who form a strong project team and are the leaders in the design and advisory to the residential development sector.   

As the Associate/Principal Infrastructure Engineer, you will lead and manage the design and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:
Manage and lead large-scale infrastructure projects from inception to completion
Develop and implement design solutions for complex infrastructure projects
Conduct engineering analysis and prepare reports and recommendations
Undertake site inspections and prepare construction progress reports
Manage project budgets and schedules
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project team members
Mentor and train junior staff
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
  
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 12 years’ experience in infrastructure engineering, including experience in managing and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of infrastructure engineering principles, practices, and standards
Proven ability to lead and manage project teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in mentoring and training junior staff
