We are currently recruiting for a Janitor to join our growing client based in Hungerford.

The role will be based both inside and outside in all weathers, applicants should be physically fit with good communication.

A head for heights and happy to work unsupervised across the site.

The job will involve as below, but not limited to, and other actions as required.

• Sweeps, mops, polishes, and vacuums floors. Mows lawns, waters plants, and removes litter.
• Uses common cleaning tools to clean a variety of manufacturing site plant and equipment.
• Organises tools and equipment that are used daily.
• Cleaning of large stainless-steel vessels, tanks, fixtures and fittings.
• Cleaning of large bunded area’s
• Painting and decorating
• Working at height, with full safety training and equipment provided to clean roofs and gutters.
• Follow general site Safety rules
• Special project / bespoke cleaning tasks
• Communicating and working with manufacturing and engineering staff
• Ability to work efficiently, un-supervised on site.
• Possess a practical skills set with hands on approach.
• Assist with light repairs.
• Enthusiastic and positive manner.
• Experience of working with a similar background in a janitorial / caretaker / handyperson role.
