Position Overview:





The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the audit program, assisting with maintaining and implementing changes to the company's Integrated Management System, Also, adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, ISO standards and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and lead internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
  • Assist the Head of QHSE to Maintain and implement improvements to the Quality Management System that aligns with industry standards, regulatory requirements, ISO standards and organisational requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains across all departments.
  • Work with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues
  • Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions to enhance overall quality performance.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Ensure the organisation's compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators.
  • Provide effective leadership to the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, or relevant quality management qualification.
  • Extensive experience in quality control and assurance in a manufacturing or service environment.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Statistical Process Control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in managing a team of quality assurance professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Advanced knowledge with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • To act ethically, with integrity and in the best interest of the business at all times.
