Job Title: Lead Solutions Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer to oversee the commissioning and construction of our power projects. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in electrical engineering, Project Management, with hands-on experience in the commissioning and construction of electrical power systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the commissioning process for new power systems, ensuring all electrical components meet design specifications and safety standards.
Supervise the construction phase of power projects, providing technical expertise and guidance.
Develop and execute commissioning plans and procedures for electrical systems.
Conduct site visits to verify that electrical installations align with project designs.
Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality and efficiency.
Manage documentation related to commissioning and construction activities, including reports, schematics, and blueprints.
Provide training and support to junior engineers and technical staff.

Would suit seasoned contractor at Project Management level with experience within (HV) electrical commissioning, working with design teams, 

Proven expertise in power system analysis and electrical equipment specification wotrking with the design teams.
Familiarity with HV/LV systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
