Highways Site Supervisor

Location: Hampshire

Salary: £50,000

My client are a leading specialist highways company, providing services to a variety of clients within both the public and private sector, delivering term maintenance solutions and civil engineering works.

Following huge industry success within the South East region, they are seeking a Highways Site Supervisor with experience in Term Maintenance Contracts on the Highways to join the busy team within the

Daily Responsibilities:
·Supervise and manage construction crews working on term maintenance contracts, dealing with works including footpaths and various types of resurfacing.
·Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
·Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute works effectively.
·Monitor and control scheme schedules and budgets.
·Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
·Provide technical guidance and support to the construction teams.
·Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
·Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
·Keep accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours.
·Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.



Requirements:
·Proven experience in supervising on a term maintenance contract
·Technical knowledge of the highways sector
·Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
·Strong leadership and communication skills
·SSSTS/SMSTS
·CSCS Card
·Happy to work some weekends when required

Package:
·A salary between £50,000 yearly
·A car allowance
