Overheating Consultant (TM59, TM52 and ADO)

Basic up to 40k

Based in Bedford, Hybrid Role

Our client has been established for over 23 years.  The key to their success has been built on the strong working relationships with their clients, delivering a quality service on projects inline with clients deadlines within the building compliance sector.

They are now looking to recruit an Overheating Consultant who will work with the Manager to develop this newly formed team, which has evolved due to client demand.  This role will involve completing overheating assessments TM59, TM52 & ADO, you will also need experience of working with IES and CAD software.

Communication skills are key to this role as you will be working closely with Clients to form strong working relationships to ensure they are meeting their projects required levels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for that next step in the world of building compliance and be part of a newly formed team, making a difference from day one.

For this role you must have experience in overheating assessments as well as being able to travel to the office at least 3 times per week in Bedford and have right to work in the UK.
