Junior MEP Coordinator
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a full-time MEP Coordinator to join their Head Office in Dublin. The successful candidate will work closely with the Building Services Manager and construction teams, ensuring the smooth coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations. Full training will be provided, and an attractive package will be discussed directly with each applicant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with design teams and MEP subcontractors to ensure timely progress of MEP installations.
• Organize and chair weekly coordination meetings with MEP subcontractors and design teams.
• Track MEP subcontractors' progress against the main programme and report any variances to Senior Management.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure MEP installations adhere to relevant standards and specifications.
• Report non-conformities to the project team and MEP contractors and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Collaborate with the safety department to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide up-to-date information on MEP developments to the project team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience, preferably with a main contractor or consultancy.
• Full clean driver’s licence.
