We are working with an industry leading software company that operate in the GNSS space with their work being applied in the Automotive, Wearables, Cellular and Security sectors. They are looking to bring in a Principal level GNSS Engineer to deliver industry leading software contributions and technical mentoring to a highly skilled, multicultural team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Join and work with the development team with significant contributions to the software lifecycle.
  • Work across projects within Automotive, Cellular, Wearables and Security.
  • Working primarily on super correlation software and testing tools across development and maintenance.
  • Complete ownership of capturing requirements, test definition and QA.
  • Lead on improving and adopting new development processes.
  • Technical communication of results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the team through planning and technical mentorship.
 
 
Qualifications and Experience:
  • GNSS experience across Product Lifecycle, Requirements and Test Definition.
  • Strong programming and analysis with MATLAB, C++, or C.
  • Expert knowledge of GNSS measurement signal processing.
  • Deep knowledge of full GNSS signal-processing chain.
  • Experience with GNSS simulators.
  • Multi-sensor fusion techniques for GNSS-INS.
  • Experience with probabilistic estimation techniques.
  • Experience in Agile or Scrum environment.
  • Continuous integration and source control experience.
 
Salary and Benefits:
  • Salary up to £100,000 DOE
  • 8% pension.
