They're looking for a dynamic Technical Project Manager to take a crucial role in multi-national research programmes. 

Responsibilities

• Lead a successful and motivated team in developing innovative solutions to meet complex customer requirements.
• Gain expertise in hardware technologies, including both conventional and cutting-edge solutions.
• Participate in system trades shaping the development of hardware technologies.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the team.
• Play a key role in several multi-national research programs.
• Travel within the UK and Europe for project-related activities.

Skills & experience

• Experience in developing electronic systems from concept production.
• Possess a background in a complex engineering industry.
• Able to manage and deliver technical work packages following design gates and processes.
• Demonstrates proficiency in delivery, cost control & supplier performance.
• Ability to lead and manage teams.
• Understanding of Systems Design & integration challenges.
• Ability to apply good Systems Engineering practices.
