Business Administrator

THE ROLE:
Providing administrative support to Reception, HR, Procurement and Purchasing teams.
Managing e-mail, phone, and all main correspondence.
Welcoming visitors which will include making refreshments.
Processing customer quotations.
Supporting the engineering department.
Arranging business travel and accommodation.
Assisting with quality and health & safety documentation.
Helping the HR department as well as other internal departments when needed.
This is a full-time position for approx. 3-4 months.
THE CANDIDATE:
Experience providing administrative support to a variety of internal teams.
An excellent level of communication skills, written and verbal.
The ability to work to deadlines.
Data Input experience, processing purchase orders and supplier requests.
Experience working in engineering or manufacturing would be desirable.
Immediate availability and able to commit to a 3-4 month contract.
