Are you an existing engineering team leader / engineering supervisor / maintenance manager who's seeking new challenges with an established food company in the Boston, Lincolnshire area.

Requirements
First and foremost, you must be a down-to-earth, people person with previous experience leading a team. You will have a sound engineering background (ideally within the food industry) and hold a relevant engineering qualification.
Expect a open and honest, humble and hardworking manager who's developed a stable team of multi-skilled engineers who prioritise health and safety above all else.
