Siamo Recruitment require an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the quality of our electrical installations from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget in in accordance with current electrical regulations. This is a hybrid role of working within the office and on-site supervision of projects, to deliver installs to the highest quality and safety standards, you will be responsible person for our NICEIC quality supervision and testing.
 
Salary - £40,000 - £50,000
 
Working hours - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
 
Role 
 
  • Experience of working as an electrician, preferably in the renewables environment
  • Good Health and Safety knowledge with an understanding of CDM
  • Understanding of the NIKKI'S standards required for an electrical qualified supervisor
  • Rounded knowledge of risk and compliance and demonstrable planning and project management skills
  • Ability to work with the team to find the right solution, and able to deal with ambiguity to find proactive solutions to installation problem
  • Customers are at the heart of our business, and the ability to manage customer expectations is key to ensuring a smooth customer journey  Willingness to communicate with customers and installers, to problem solve and provide solutions
  • Strong communication skills required to effectively facilitate discussions to resolve issues and planning site activities
  • Manage/change works scope on a day to day basis 
  • Complete and deliver QA documentation
  • Computer literate, with the ability to knowledge share with the wider team.
 
Skills 
  • NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition
  • City & Guilds Inspection and Testing or equivalent
  • Experience working on commercial, agricultural or domestic installations for renewables (AHSP, GSHP or PV)
  • IOSH or equivalent
  • Full driving licence
