Position: Mechanical Fitter
Location: Telford
Salary: £24 per hour - Contractor
We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Fitter to join a growing automation business in the Telford area. The role involves assembling and testing specialized, large-scale Cable Handling Equipment.
Experience required for the Mechanical Fitter vacancy:
- Assembly of cable handling machines with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in fitting hydraulic systems and utilizing pipe bending techniques.
- Construction of mechanical machines with tight tolerances
- Proficiency in deciphering complex mechanical diagrams, including hydraulic schematics.
- Identify assembly faults and rectify faults.
- Machine testing before sending completed machine to customer.
