Manpower are recruiting for Multi skilled Operator with Welding, Fabrication and Brake press experience for our client based in Sheerness, Kent.
Temporary Assignment - Rate increase after 12 weeks.
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 7am - 5pm (40 hours per week) paid 40 mins lunch break - Long weekends off every week!
Hourly Rate: Minimum £13.45p/h (Higher for more experienced welders) increasing after 12 weeks
The Role
As an Welder/Fabricator, you'll play a vital role in the Fabrication Department. Your responsibilities will mainly be MIG and TIG welding as well as folding sheet metal on the machines and using laser cutters.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Mig/TIG welding
- Fabrication experience
- Brake Press experience
- Team player mentality and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
