Position: Site Welder / Fabricator – Formula 1 Sector

Type: 2 Months Contract Rolling Extension 

Location: Silverstone 

Immediate Start / CSCS Card required

£25 LTD Company (Outside IR35)

Salary: £19 (PAYE) Plus Holiday Pay – £2.29

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 7am-5pm

Manufacturing pioneering innovative special purpose machinery for the Formula One (F1) sector, this company boasts a diverse product range from noise reduction enclosures to engine test cells. Responsibilities as a Welder / Fabricator:

  • You will be part of an experienced team responsible for the manufacturer, repair or modification of units and products in a workshop manufacturing environment
  • Welding mainly fabricated parts (non-structural) and some basic structural.
  • Welding will be Flux Core MIG and Mild Steel up to 20mm this will majority be of your role 

Candidate Requirements as a Welder / Fabricator:

  • You must have a CSCS Card
  • Desirable IPAF and HARNESS 
  • Experienced in site welding and fabrication within a manufacturing environment.
  • MIG Welding experience
  • Be able to read engineering drawings.
