South Wales (Commutable from Cardiff, Newport, Pontypridd, Barry, Bridgend, Pontypool)

£55,000 - £60,000 + Progression + Bonus + 33 Days Holiday + Pension

Based in South Wales, this company are among the fastest growing manufacturers in the UK and have been consistent in their success since the start. Having won multiple awards and achieved international recognition for their unique and innovative products they have recently seen an exciting period of growth. They have introduced a brand new, state of the art production line and are looking to bring in a Maintenance and Continuous Improvements Manager to help them get it up and running and keep it that way.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the planned and preventative maintenance of a new production line which has just been launched manufacturing world leading products. You will work to minimise unplanned downtime while developing and optimising the schedule for planned maintenance. You will be driving ongoing improvements within the maintenance and production department to ensure the future success of the business.

This is the ideal role for a Maintenance Manager looking for a role with one of the most exciting manufacturers in the UK.
