MC Technical Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Anaerobic Digestion Plant Manager, to oversee the day to day operations on site and ensure the plant runs efficiently and safely.  

Our client is an established business in the Renewable Energy sector, with the opportunity for a Plant Manager to join their team.

As the Plant Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Day to day operations on site ensuring a safe and efficient process
  • Leading and coaching an operations team to ensure high operational standards are maintained
  • Managing site costs and budget
  • Lead and project manage site improvement projects
  • Analyse and calculate performance of plant and report to senior management  
  • Other duties as required

To be considered for this role you should have:

  • Proven experience managing a team in Anaerobic Digestion or a similar sector, team leaders or supervisors are also encouraged to apply
  • A relevant engineering or technical qualification is advantageous (HNC/Diploma/Btec/NVQ Etc.)  
  • Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation
  • A WAMITAB Level 4 is highly desired for this role
  • Familiar with operations in a fastmoving, process environment
  • A full UK driving licence
