Lead Electrical Engineer - Southampton - Up to £45,000
A key client of mine, an industry leading FM powerhouse are seeking the services of an experienced electrical engineer who has some lead/supervisory experience within the commercial industry. This is a static role working in a multi-storey commercial office building with high end corporate clients inside. Previous experience with working in corporate buildings is desirable but not essential.
You'll be working/leading a small team of multi-skilled engineers reporting into the contract manager directly, this will still be a hands on role with some minor admin duties included, so the right candidate must be computer literate.

- PPM's + Reactive Maintenance
- Minor Admin duties
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- 18th edition
- mechanical/plumbing knowledge
- 25 days AL + BH
- Pension
- Training/Up-skilling and progression
