Electrical Project Engineer (Controls / Documentation)

Do you have a background in Controls / Panel Design with knowledge of the associated documentation, looking to join a growing Automation company, who are offering an initial fixed term contract, with the potential for it to become permanent and progression into management positions over the next couple of years?

On offer is the opportunity to work within an exciting company, who have many branches to the business including distribution of stainless steel valves and industrial pneumatics as well as providing full automation system design for a range of industries including medical and renewables.

This varied role will see you responsible for the overall certification of ongoing company projects, including technical files for incorporation and CE marking. You will also verify design's for both panel's and control system's for equipment being provided into the medical industry.

This role would suit a candidate with a background in Controls or Automation with the technical documentation knowledge, looking for a short term contract that will turn permanent in the future, with a company looking to expand further over the coming years and offering potential management opportunities.

THE ROLE:

• Writing Project Documentation including TF Files and CE Marking
• Verifying Design specifications
• Testing and certification of both panels and PLCs
• Mon-Thurs (8am-4:30pm) / Fri (8am-1:30pm)

THE PERSON:

• Background in Automation / Controls / Documentation
• Electrical Engineering Degree
• IEC 60204 or ISO13849 knowledge
• Commutable to Gloucester
