Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Car or Car Allowance
 
Job Role: We are currently seeking an Electrically biased Senior Project Engineer to join a leading M&E Contractor working on Manchester Airport. The project is the refurbishment of Terminal 2 at Manchester Airport and a new departure pier and will be ongoing for the next 2 years.
As part of the role you will be responsible for the preconstruction checks, reviewing of drawings and ensuring all activities comply with regulations.
There is an immediate start available for the right candidate.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·Actively participate in all pre-construction procedures to minimize company liabilities and risks.
·Reviewing of project drawings and re-engineering installations to meet customer requirements where required.
·Ensure all operational activities comply with internal procedures and external legislation.
·Stakeholder management of both client and subcontractors.
·Ability to lead to a team.
·Manage project completion within agreed quality, commercial plans, timescales, and cost constraints.
 
Requirements:
·Significant experience in large M&E/Building services projects preferably Aviation, Healthcare, Data Centers or Defence.
·Electrically biased background .
·Previous Experience of leading project teams.
·Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
