Senior Project Manager- Responsibilities

• Client-facing responsibilities, necessitating the incumbent to serve as an ambassador for the company with a consistently professional demeanor.
• Possess extensive experience in managing construction projects within the civils sector, specifically focusing on various waste water initiatives.
• Ensuring the implementation of appropriate Quality Plans and Inspection and Test Plans before site activities commence, as well as ongoing monitoring of Quality documentation to uphold accurate records as per client specifications.

Senior Estimator - Requirements

• Proficiency in waste water management, excavation, groundworks, concreting, and drainage
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a Supervisory role on construction sites
• Qualification in construction-related studies (HNC/HND/Degree)
• Gold Card CSCS accreditation as a minimum requirement
• SMSTS 5-day accreditation
• Valid first aid accreditation (minimum 3-day course)
• Possession of a full clean driving license
• Accreditation as a Temporary Works Supervisor
• NRSWA Supervisor / Lantra 12D accreditation
• SEATS accreditation (Site Environmental)
