Job title: Electrical Fire and Security Engineer

Location: Luton

Salary: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year.

Hours: Monday - Friday -Full-time

Roles and responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and tests of fire protection equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with fire protection and security systems.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement fire protection and security system installations.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to understand system design.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to build and install fire protection systems.
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create system layouts and designs.
• Provide training and guidance to other team members on fire protection and security system maintenance and operation.

Requirements:

• 5-10 Years experience
• Must be able to use systems, including fire alarms, security systems, and fire suppression systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and components.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
